TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of plistaffing.com (the “Site”), operated by Phillips Light Industrial, operating as PLI Staffing (“PLI Staffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational and business purposes, including requesting staff and applying for work. You may access and use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our permission
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content except as expressly permitted
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in a job application

2. No service or employment contract created

Information on the Site is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. Submitting a staffing request, a job application, or an interview booking does not create a service agreement, an offer of employment, or any obligation on our part. Staffing services are provided only under separate written agreements between PLI Staffing and the client, and employment or placement is subject to our screening and our clients' requirements.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, are owned by PLI Staffing or its affiliates and licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The PLI and PLI Staffing names and related marks are trademarks of their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your internal business or personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site, including staffing requests and job applications. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant PLI Staffing the right to use the information to respond to your request, evaluate and place candidates, and provide our services. Do not submit false information or the confidential information of a third party without authorization.

5. Third-party links and sites

The Site may contain links to our parent and affiliated websites, to third-party scheduling or application tools, and to other third-party websites and resources. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLI Staffing disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its information is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLI Staffing and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLI Staffing and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PLI Staffing regarding your use of the Site.
